A professional machine for making and packaging kebabs (hollow kebabs) in the meat industry. The machine's capacity is up to 5,000 pieces per hour of production, with adjustable speeds. The dimensions (L-Ø) of the kebabs and the number of pieces per mould (max 8 per pass) can be selected. The machine's working pressure is 6 bar. Working voltage 220V→24V and 110V→24V. It is compatible with all types of vacuum fillers. The machine arranges the kebabs into styrofoam trays. It is entirely made of materials intended for the food industry (polyamide-stainless steel), very easy to use and maintain. The warranty period is 24 months on mechanics and 12 months on electronics, with the possibility of service beyond the warranty period. A manual for use and safe operation is provided with the machine.
