A professional machine for making burgers in the meat industry. The machine's capacity is 10 kg per fill, with adjustable speeds of standard mould filling. The thickness (min 6 mm, max 15 mm) and diameter (up to Ø170 mm) of the burger can be selected. Production output from 600 to 1,000 pieces per hour. The machine's working pressure is 6 bar. Working voltage 220V→24V and 110V→24V. The machine is entirely made of materials intended for the food industry (polyamide-stainless steel), very easy to use and maintain. The warranty period is 24 months on mechanics and 12 months on electronics. Service also beyond the warranty period. A manual for use and safe operation is provided with the machine.
